Pro: $14.99/month or annual discount - unlimited text, 600 minutes of voice calls, advanced features

Business: Custom pricing for teams

Cancellation anytime. No refunds for used services. Payments via secure third-party processors.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use platform for illegal/harmful purposes
• Attempt to hack or reverse-engineer
• Harass or abuse the AI or community
• Provide false information

We reserve the right to suspend/terminate violating accounts.

5. Privacy & Data

Subject to our Privacy Policy

• Conversations not stored unless requested (encrypted)
• Voice calls not recorded
• Delete account/data with one click
• No selling/sharing of personal data

6. Intellectual Property

All content, Custom models, features, and functionality are owned by Bromunity and protected by copyright/trademark laws. No reproduction without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services provided "as is." Bromunity not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits. Not a substitute for professional medical advice.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend/terminate for violations, fraud, or legal requirements.

9. Governing Law

Governed by Delaware, USA law. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts.

10. Changes to Terms
